How to default to a specific billing day when purchasing Memberships?

How to have the system default to a specific billing day when purchasing Memberships?

When purchasing a pay every month membership, you are required to select the billing day of the month.  This can be set to a specific day or days. For example, if you bill only on the 1st, it will default to 1 for all memberships. If you bill on the 1st and the 15th, the drop down will only display those two choices.
