Shapenet running slowly ( first steps to troubleshoot)

As a general rule, if you experience performance problems with your shapenet site, we suggest the following series of troubleshooting steps:

1. Check your internet

2. Test access using a different browser

3. Clear your preferred browser's cache

4. Verify that the local computer doesn't have any performance bottlenecks or malware (viruses) that could be blocking normal Internet access.
