How to Pro-Actively Manage Expiring Memberships

If you have Paid in Full memberships that you would like to reach out to before their expiration date, you can find these memberships from Quick Functions -> Memberships.

From the Query drop down menu, you can use one of the pre-written queries:

1.  Expired - This Month - Inactive Memberships that expired this month;
2.  Expired - Previous Month - Inactive Memberships that expired the previous month;
3.  Expiring - Current Month (Active) - Active Memberships with an expiration date that expires this month;
4.  Expiring - Next Month (Active) - Active Memberships with an expiration that expires next month;

You can also run a Custom Query to pull in a larger date range.

If searching for Expiring Memberships, enter your date into the 'Term Date' fields.

If searching by Expired Membership, enter your date range into the 'Expired Date' fields.

Once your desired report has downloaded, use the 'Generate Mass Email' icon on the right of your screen to bulk email these members.

Enter the text for the email or select a template from the drop down menu and Send.
