How to Cancel a Service Package (what to do when you changed the type and want to now add it to an existing service)

Functions-> Services-> View Services

1. Enter lastname on package, click [Search]
2. To the right of the correct package, under the actions column, click [Cancel]
3. If the cancellation is for a future date, set the effective date (Note that the balances and future scheduled sessions cannot be cleared for future cancels)
4. If the package was purchased incorrectly, then canceling it is the best solution to allow you to purchase it again correctly.  This will also be used if the service type was changed and you want to add those changes to an existing service to apply those changes to the service they had already purchased prior to the changes to the type. 
5. This doesn't always apply it depends on your objective with the cancel.  In some cases you can select [yes] for Clear Open Balances, Clear Remaining Balance, and Remove Future Open Scheduled Sessions (This will wipe out everything connected to the package).
6. Enter a reason for why you are canceling this service package.
7. Click [Cancel Package]
